Our Guilford Workshop
Our workshop and manufacturing plant is situated in Guildford in Surrey – providing a perfect location for us to easily supply the South East of England. No expense has been spared in equipping our manufacturing plant with the latest technology to manufacture and supply top quality sash windows, casement windows, Accoya doors and windows and our range of french and bi-folding doors.

Cutting Equipment
CNC Windsor 20machining centre for wooden sash window frames. Our state of the art CNC machines is fitted with the highest quality cutters that ensures our sash windows and wooden frames are produced to precise measurements. Our joiners are fully trained on all our machines to ensure that the quality of our work is always to the highest specifications.
Moulding Equipment
The company recently purchased a 6 head moulder which will allow us to plane our timber onsite, meaning we can offer a faster service to our customers without compromising the high quality joinery that we always maintain.
Sanding Equipment
CNC Sandya 9S heavy duty wide belt calibrating sanding machine. Our joiners are fully trained on all our machines to ensure that the quality of our work is always to the highest specifications. The company has a heavy duty wide belt calibrating sanding machine used to sand our timber onsite, meaning our windows always have the best finish possible.
Hydraulic Cramping Equipment
Our new hydraulic cramp allows for every bit of joinery to be cramped up square and without twisting, ensuring that you get the perfect product every time.
Painting Equipment
Our workshop manager inspects all finished joinery before being passed to our painting team, who then apply three coats of a micro-porous acrylic paint in our painting workshop. Once the paint has been applied the windows are then hung to dry in our specifically designed drying room.
Glazing Equipment
Once the sashes have been painted, our glazing team then glaze your window with the glass specified ensuring the window remains properly glazed for the duration of its long life.
